Mid Week Run to Mount Macedon Winery 

Wednesday 14th May 2025

Welcome back to our second mid-week run for 2025 – time to get start your engines and enjoy the beautiful scenery and autumn leaves. We will begin by leaving Rockbank and head out past Bacchus Marsh and through some interesting roads in Myrniong and then across to the beautiful Hepburn Ranges to arrive at Hepburn Pavilion Cafe in Hepburn Springs for morning tea. Then on the way from Hepburn Springs to pass through Castlemaine and the sleepy town of Woodend then arriving at Mt Macedon Winery in Woodend where we will stop for lunch and enjoy the fruits of the vineyard.

NOTE: the last 800 meters of the drive along Bawden Road is unsealed.

Meeting Location:  BP Rockbank.  1789 Ballarat Highway, Rockbank

Meeting Time:  0930am meeting (0940 briefing) and 0945 departure

Morning Tea Location: Hepburn Pavilion Cafe.  Mineral Springs Reserve Road, Hepburn Springs.  

Arrival 11am approx.  (30 mins)

Lunch Location:  Mt Macedon Winery, 433 Bawden Road, Woodend

Cost:  $65 per person.  Includes charcuterie inc meats with house pickles and woodfire bread.  Variety of unlimited wood fire pizzas served with classic french fries with aioli.  Rocket, fennel and parmesan salad.  Morning tea and drinks at lunch to own account on the day.

Cancellations: No refunds are available after the closing date unless we can replace you. A cancellation fee of $25 applies to all cancellations regardless of the date.
