Driver Briefing Via Zoom in the weeks leading up to the event
Timed Runs 8.30am - 4.30pm
Due to the high demand for places and additional requirements for this event, we prefer participants to have experience in timed classes at Porsche Club Vic events. If not, you must contact PCV Track Director by email with a brief summary of your track and driver training experience and phone number to facilitate discussing your level of experience prior to entering. (contact details below).
Timing & Communication Devices
All drivers will require a Dorian transponder to be fitted to their cars for times to be recorded and an operational Raceceiver (tower to vehicle one-way communication device). Please make sure they are properly fitted and charged.
Dorians and RaceCeivers can be hired for the event ($55 each covers 2 days of use) but must be booked at time of entry. New units can be purchased. Refer to separate detail and purchase links in the club emails.
Track Vehicle Registration
This event forms part of the PCV 2025 Motorsport Competition Season. If not done so already, a 2025 Vehicle Registration Form will need to be submitted prior to this event to be eligible for Points towards trophies. Otherwise, you will run in Other class for no points.
Entree Class
There is no Entree Class at this event.
Noise Limit
The Maximum Noise must not exceed 95db(A) as measured by 30-metre drive by test on equipment provided by circuit. This is a requirement of the venue.
Garages
Garage Spaces & Filled in Carport spaces are only available for entrants who enter both days.
Pit Lane Garage spaces can be booked at $160 (2 days) GST inclusive each on entry. This is for 1 car space. All garages will be shared amongst other members/entrants. Pit Lane Garages will generally be allocated with five car spaces per double garage. The limit of garage car spaces = 30. (This is much less than last year, as last year the number of such garages allocated to PCV was disproportionately high. So, book early to secure a Pit Lane Garage.)
Paddock Garages & Filled In Carports can be booked at $120 (2 days) GST inclusive on entry. The limit of Paddock Garages & Filled in Carports = 32.
For those that have been to The Bend before, they anticipate enclosing the paddock Carports with canvas sides. These are described as Filled in Carports in the Garage booking section of the Event Registration.
Car Numbers
Mandatory special event car number stickers will be provided as part of your entry. These will go on both sides of your vehicle. Day-glo window number stickers will not be required. There will be no change requests to your allocated number.

Members of the MSCA Victoria Clubs & PCV will be given priority entry for this Event until 31st January. Entrants who are members of another Motorsport Australia affiliated car club will be accepted after this date. Entries via PCV are capped at 56.
Entry Fee: $585 ($292.50 per day) if you enter both days. Single day is $325. Priority will be given to those who enter both days.
Cancelations - Cancellations prior to entries closing will receive a refund less a $25 cancelation fee. Cancelations after entries close on 24th March will forfeit their entire payment.
