Technical Night at “Renner Auto”

Renner Auto is a specialist car building company run by Jason Ferraro an engineer who specialises in the reinterpretation of 1955-1957 Porsche 356 Speedsters which are designed and built to comply with all Australian Design Rules. The bodies and visible parts are scanned and exact replicas.
In order to get a new generation of Porsche car enthusiasts involved in the club and to eventually take over, I would like each adult club member to bring a young person along on the night. I’m looking at a son, daughter, grandchild, neighbour’s child or friend who may be interested. I’ll leave the age range up to the member but say 12-20 years of age.
Renner uses the latest CAD to design parts and construct using 3D printing. At present the bodies are made from fibreglass but is working towards carbon fibre and special bodies in aluminium.
The staff mainly include young people studying at university, so this is a switched-on company.

Time: 6.30pm for food & 7.00pm for the start.

Cost: $25 per person includes a burger and drink. Choices to be made at time of booking
