Timed Runs 8.30am - 4.30pm
Due to the high demand for places and additional requirements for this event, we prefer participants to have experience in competition class at Porsche Club Vic events. If not, you must contact PCV Competition Director (details below) to discuss your level of experience prior to entering..
Evidence of prior track experience or satisfactory completion of a high-performance driver training course is a Club requirement for the timed competition classes.
All Competitors will require a Dorian transponder to be fitted to their cars for times to be recorded. Please make sure they are properly fitted and charged. Dorians can be hired for anyone that doesn't own one, but must be booked at time of entry. New Dorian units can be purchased from Carly via administrator@pcv.com.au .
Competition Vehicle Registration
This event forms part of the PCV 2024 Motorsport Competition Season. If not done so already, a 2024 Vehicle Registration Form will need to be submitted prior to this event to be eligible for Competition Points. Otherwise you will run in Other class. (Pre-filled 2024 forms will go out to members in Dec/Jan.)
Entree Class
There is no Entree Class at this event.
Noise Limit
The Maximum Noise must not exceed 95db(A) as measured by 30-metre drive by test on equipment provided by circuit. This is a requirement of the venue.
Garages
Garage spaces can be booked at $160 (2 Days) (GST inclusive) each on entry. This is for one car space. All garages will be shared amongst other members/entrants. Pit Lane garages will generally be allocated with five car spaces per double garage. The limit of garages is 50. Garage spaces are only available for entrants that book both days and numbers are strictly limited.
Car Numbers
Mandatory special event car number stickers will be provided as part of your entry. These will go on both sides of your vehicle. Day-glo window number stickers will not be required. There will be no change requests to your allocated number.

Members of the MSCA Victoria Clubs & PCV will be given priority entry for this Event for 14 days after the opening of the event for entries. Entrants who are members of another Motorsport Australia affiliated car club will be accepted after this date. Entries via PCV are capped at 84.
Entry Fee: $570 ($285 per day) if you enter both days. Single day is $320 Priority will be given to those who enter both days. PCV entrants who don't own a Dorian will receive free Dorian Hire.
Cancelations - No refund of entry fee if canceled after entries close on 11th April or earlier if booked out.
