Boxster/Cayman Run to Alexandra

All Boxster/Cayman Register Members, PCV Members and potential members are invited to participate in our third run of 2022 to the Corner Hotel in Alexandra.

The run takes us east from McDonald’s Tecoma to Warburton for a rest and coffee stop. No morning tea venue has been booked but there a number of cafes to choose from. From Warburton then north along the Reefton Spur to Marysville and finally to Alexandra and our lunch destination at the Corner Hotel.

Note: The Reefton Spur is a marvellous section of road which brings out the best in your Porsche but it is challenging especially in winter. It is tight and winding and not forgiving as there are sheer drops along most of its length. So please drive within your limits and enjoy yourself.

Also, this run is being conducted under the auspices of the Porsche Club Victoria. We all have an obligation to comply with the Road Safety Rules, but in addition PCV requests that all members drive in a courteous manner, being considerate to other participants and members of the public.

 

Date:  Sunday 7th August 2022.

Meeting Place:  McDonald’s Tecoma, 1529 Burwood Hwy, Tecoma, VIC 3160

Meeting Time:  9:00am for a 9.20am briefing, and departure immediately afterwards.

Morning Tea:  Warburton (free choice)

Lunch Venue:  The Corner Hotel, 65 Grant St, Alexandra  .
