Boxster Cayman Run to Brandy Creek Estate

All Boxster/Cayman Register Members, PCV Members and potential members are invited to participate in our first run of 2022 to the Brandy Creek Estate in Drouin East.

The run takes us from McDonald’s Officer east to Longwarry, then south to Loch via Lang Lang.

There is an optional rest and coffee break at the historic Loch Village if you feel the need to stretch your legs. There are a number of cafes and interesting shops in Loch for people to explore.

Then south from Loch to Jumbunna then north to Korumburra and finally to our lunch destination at the Brandy Creek Estate.

Note: The run is limited to a maximum of 40 people and lunch will be a fixed tapas menu consisting of turkish rolls & dip, Jamon Serrano (cured ham), Patatas Bravos (spicy potatoes), Roquette Salad (contains almonds), King Prawns, Albondigas (meatballs), Chorizo Ragout. Dietary Requirements will be catered for.  Please advise at the time of booking.

Meeting Time:  9am onwards for a 9.30am briefing, and departure immediately afterwards.

Lunch Venue:  Brandy Creek Estate, 570 Buln Buln Rd, Drouin East 

Cost:  $65 per person which includes a 7 course fixed Tapas lunch.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS AT SOCIAL RUNS 

The following regulatory and hygiene practices will be required of all attendees at Social Runs (including Register Runs), until further notice:

Government requirements:

Federal, State, Territory and Local Public Health guidelines are required to be followed in the running of all Social Runs.

Proof of full vaccination at check-in:

On arrival at events, you will be asked to show evidence of your Covid vaccination status. This can best be done by uploading your vaccination certificate to the Victoria Service App or having a hard copy of your certificate from your Medicare records.

Monitoring:

All attendees, including entrants and officials are required to pre-register for the event, noting the limit on permitted numbers. A list of registered attendees and officials will be provided to Venue(s) Staff. Only authorised attendees will be allowed access into Venues.

Social distancing:

Under no circumstances are attendees at Social Runs to enter non-public areas of Venues and must demonstrate social distancing requirements and remain 1.5 metres apart. Venues will arrange seating where appropriate to comply with government rules. Masks should be used in accordance with government rules.

Officials:

The Porsche Club of Victoria would appreciate all attendees adhere to these requirements. Attendees, please follow all instructions given by Club Officials and Venue Staff during the event, as they have your best interests at heart.
