Special Social Run to Phillip Island

Meeting time for arrival and briefing: 9:30am to 9:45am.
Departure time: 10:00am
Meeting Place – At the Roadway Kerb opposite the Warburton CFA: 3484 Warburton Highway, Warburton (B380):

The run commences at 10:00am and finishes for lunch at the Cape Kitchen on Phillip Island that overlooks the rugged coastline onto Bass Strait of Cape Woolamai. A gourmet lunch consisting of freshly baked sourdough bread followed by a choice of 3 main courses and of 3 desserts. Allowance has been made within the run for a short break for a coffee/toilet stop in the township of Drouin.
Cost per person: $86.00 per head; Includes the gourmet 2-course lunch; additional drinks will be a cost to own account and paid when purchased.
Maximum number currently at the venue is 80 persons.
Deadline for bookings is at 10:00am on Monday 31st January 2022. A waitlist will be created should the event be over-booked.
Refunds for cancelling: No refunds will be provided if no-one can take your place from the wait list.

Driving Obligations.
This run is being conducted under the auspices of the Porsche Club Victoria. We all have an obligation to comply with the Road Safety Rules, but in addition PCV requests that all members drive in a courteous manner, being considerate to other participants and members of the public.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS AT SOCIAL RUNS
The following regulatory and hygiene practices will be required of all attendees at Social Runs (including Register Runs), until further notice:
Government requirements:
Federal, State, Territory and Local Public Health guidelines are required to be followed in the running of all Social Runs.
Proof of full vaccination at check-in:
On arrival at events, you will be asked to show evidence of your Covid vaccination status. This can best be done by uploading your vaccination certificate to the Victoria Service App or having a hard copy of your certificate from your Medicare records.
Monitoring:
All attendees, including entrants and officials are required to pre-register for the event, noting the limit on permitted numbers. A list of registered attendees and officials will be provided to Venue(s) Staff. Only authorised attendees will be allowed access into Venues.
Social distancing:
Under no circumstances are attendees at Social Runs to enter non-public areas of Venues and must demonstrate social distancing requirements and remain 1.5 metres apart. Venues will arrange seating where appropriate to comply with government rules. Masks should be used in accordance with government rules.
Officials:
The Porsche Club of Victoria would appreciate all attendees adhere to these requirements. Attendees, please follow all instructions given by Club Officials and Venue Staff during the event, as they have your best interests at heart.
