Mentor/Coach for Entree Class
Only entered as a mentor to an Entrée Class driver. Will not drive in any of the competition groups. Subject to confirmation of adequate high performance driving experience.
Support crew (maximum one per entrant)
This category is for any person who is attending and is not a Registered Competitor or Official. Only one person per entrant may attend as support crew (this does not apply to Service provider staff, however all staff attending must preregister).

Broadford Event guidelines.

Vehicles must run in allocated order.
Maximum group size will be 10 cars.
There will be no overtaking under brakes
The event will be run in a clockwise direction
Track entry will be via the pit lane behind the timing tower
Drivers will be let onto the track with the maximum practical separation.
Once shown the chequered flag, proceed at non race pace and exit the track via the off ramp at turn 10
To comply with the track hire agreement, a penalty of 5 seconds will apply for a vehicle hitting a cone.

Changes to normal practice

To run an event considering Covid-19 restrictions we need to make changes to our normal practices. These include:

Government requirements - Federal, State and Local Public Health Authority guidelines will be followed in the running of this event.
All attendees (including Competitors, Officials, and support crew) are required to preregister for the event.
Entry and Exit to the event will be via the main security point. A list of authorised competitors, support crew and officials will be provided to the venue security staff. Only authorised attendees will be allowed access to the venue. Gates will only be open at specified times.
All competitors, officials and volunteers must demonstrate social distancing requirements and remain 1.5m apart. Under no circumstances are competitors to enter the control tower or another competitors garage.
Documentation and licence checking will be conducted remotely prior to the event.
Scrutiny arrangements will comply with Motorsport Australia Return to Race protocols.
